Trial Lawyer Advocating for Families in Catastrophic Trucking Cases

Dominic Braus is a Partner at Cherry Johnson Siegmund James and a trial lawyer who focuses exclusively on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, with an emphasis on commercial trucking litigation. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, he represents individuals and families nationwide affected by 18-wheeler collisions and other catastrophic events—pursuing accountability and the results clients need to move forward.

Guiding Clients Through Catastrophic Injury Cases

Dominic works closely with his clients throughout every stage of the process—guiding them through litigation while helping them navigate the medical, emotional, financial, and practical challenges that follow a life-altering injury. Throughout his career, he has secured numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including seven- and eight-figure recoveries in cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and paralysis.

Dominic's passion for this work is shaped by his experience as a plaintiff in a personal injury case after sustaining injuries in a structural collapse. He gained firsthand insight into what victims and families endure—the pain, the uncertainty, and the long road to recovery. It drives his relentless commitment to his clients, standing by them from the initial investigation through trial and beyond, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives.
