Accomplished Trial Lawyer in Commercial Trucking Cases
Craig Cherry is an award-winning trial lawyer who represents individuals and families in complex commercial trucking cases nationwide. Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy, Civil Trial Law, and Personal Injury Trial Law, Craig brings extensive experience to catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving commercial carriers.
Proven Results Against Major Trucking Companies
Craig has served as counsel on cases resulting in more than $2 billion in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. His work includes representing plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation against major commercial carriers and transportation companies, where early investigation, technical analysis, and trial preparation are critical.
In one case, Craig and his co-counsel challenged one of the largest trucking companies in the nation, which relied on GPS data to deny involvement in a crash that injured the plaintiff and killed her sister. Through detailed investigation and expert analysis, they demonstrated that the company's GPS data was inaccurate and unreliable, and the jury agreed and returned a verdict in favor of Craig's clients.
In another case, Craig served as co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in the first case in the United States in which a jury found that a motor coach bus was unsafe due to the absence of seat belts and safety glass—a groundbreaking result that contributed to changes in safety standards in commercial transportation.
